“Shop ‘Til You Drop” at Free Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair at Ashlar of Newtown Saturday, November 15 - 10/21/2008

Newtown, CT, October 22, 2008....  Don't wait until the last minute to do your holiday shopping this year.  Avoid the crowds and the stress by taking advantage of a great opportunity to buy the perfect gift for that special person -- or for everyone on your holiday gift list -- at Ashlar of Newtown's Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair.  Open to the community, the event will be held on Saturday, November 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lockwood Lodge at Ashlar of Newtown, 139 Toddy Hill Road in Newtown.  

Several vendors with a variety of craft and gift items will be on hand, including Discover Toys, Arbonne, Champagne Taste Jewelry, Tastefully Simple, Silver Touch Jewelry, and more.  Surprise your family by bringing home a special treat - luscious, homemade baked goods and crafts created by residents of Ashlar of Newtown and Lockwood Lodge.  In addition to shopping, you can enjoy a delicious, reasonably priced lunch featuring homemade chili, grilled hotdogs and assorted beverages.
