Ashlar of Newtown Hosting Free Dinner Program Oct. 22 - Elder Law Attorney to Discuss Wealth Preservation and Planning - 9/26/2008

Newtown, CT, September 25, 2008.........Masonicare's Ashlar of Newtown, 139 Toddy Hill Road in Newtown, is inviting the community to attend a complimentary dinner presentation featuring special guest speakers who will discuss Wealth Preservation and Planning: For You, Your Children, and Your Parents" on Wednesday, October 22, at 6:30 p.m.  A complimentary dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m., prior to the start of the program.

Ann L. Fowler-Cruz, Esq., an elder law attorney with Cohen and Wolf, PC, and Barbara McMahon, a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch, will present the informational program that will feature a legal and financial discussion of current strategies for the preservation, protection and transfer of wealth, with a review of asset protection techniques in the event of long-term care.  The speakers will be available to take questions following the presentation.  There is no charge for the approximately two-hour program, and attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about the unique services offered at Ashlar of Newtown and to tour the new outpatient rehabilitation unit.
