Corinne Corky Plourde Joins Connecticut VNA as Regional Director of Hospice & Palliative Care Referral Relations - 5/28/2008
As a member of Connecticut VNA's hospice leadership team, Ms. Plourde will work through community contacts and professional organizations to increase public awareness of the many outstanding programs and services provided by Connecticut VNA's hospice. Ms. Plourde has extensive experience in the field of healthcare marketing. Prior to joining Connecticut VNA, she served as Director of Community Relations for The Village at East Farms Assisted Living. Ms. Plourde received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Post University in Waterbury. In announcing the appointment, Ms. Farrar said, "It's with great pleasure and excitement that I announce Corky's appointment. She comes to us with extensive experience in healthcare marketing, networking, and professional relationship development. Her skills will serve us well as we continue to build and expand our statewide hospice program." Ms. Plourde is a resident of Watertown. Wallingford, CT, May 14, 2008.... Corrinne "Corky" Plourde of Watertown was recently named Regional Director of Hospice & Palliative Care Referral Relations for Connecticut VNA/Connecticut VNA Partners, the largest home health and hospice care organization in the state and an affiliate of Wallingford-based Masonicare. Natalie Farrar, Vice President of Connecticut VNA's hospice, made the announcement.
